"Support helped me out quickly"
I had a minor issue with my tickets, so I sent an email to support expecting it might take a while. To my surprise, they got back to me really fast and sorted everything out without making me go through a bunch of extra steps. From my experience, the support was quick, simple, and actually helpful

"Got sorted out in the end"
I had a ticket issue at first, kind of annoying, because I wasn’t sure if it was on my end or theirs. Anyway, support did get back to me, and after a little bit of back and forth, they fixed it. It wasn’t instant, but it also didn’t drag on forever. So yeah, started a bit rough, but everything’s working fine now

My order went through without any real issues, and I got the confirmation quickly, so that was good. The tickets look fine too. That said, the site wasn’t exactly smooth to use, and checkout felt a bit awkward for no good reason. I also would’ve appreciated the fees being clearer before the very end. Overall, it worked, just not as nicely as it probably should.

I bought tickets through outhousetickets and everything went smoothly. The tickets came through like expected, and I didn’t run into any problems getting them ready for the event.
I’ll admit I was a little unsure at first since I hadn’t used them before, but the tickets were legit and scanned at the door without any issues. That was really all I was hoping for.
Overall, it was a simple and hassle-free experience. I’d be comfortable using outhousetickets again if they had tickets for another event I wanted to go to

"Got in easy, scan was super quick"
Used Outhouse Tickets for a show last weekend and it was painless. I just pulled the tickets up on my phone, they scanned it at the gate, and boom, worked right away. No weird app glitch or random hold up or anything.
The line was moving along good too, so that helped. I’m doing 4 stars only because I had to dig around for a minute to find the right email, but once I had it, getting in was smooth.

I bought my tickets through outhousetickets.com and they showed up in my email fast. I hadn’t used the site before, so I was a little unsure at first, but they scanned at the door with no issues at all. My only tip for anyone else using it is to keep an eye on your inbox and maybe check spam too, because the delivery email could be a little clearer. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d use it again.

"Pretty good deal and easy to use"
I used outhousetickets.com for a local show and it was decent. The prices seemed good, and the fees didn’t feel ridiculous like they do on some other ticket sites, so that already made me like it more. Getting the tickets was easy enough too. Nothing super impressive or anything, but it worked, which I guess is kind of impressive these days. I’d probably use it again for sure.

I bought my tickets on outhousetickets.com, it was smooth. Like, no weird issues or anything, just got on there and did what I needed to do.
The site loaded fine, I found the event quick, and checkout wasn’t a whole thing. I really liked that I didn’t have to click through a bunch of extra pages just to finish buying the tickets.
My confirmation came through right away too, so that was nice. No stress, no guessing if it worked. I’d definitely use it again

"Pretty easy site to use"
I used Outhouse Tickets to get tickets for a local show, and from my one-time experience, it was straightforward. I found the event without having to dig around much, the pages loaded fine, and checkout didn’t give me any trouble. I can’t really speak for how it works for every event or situation, but for what I needed, it did the job. A couple spots looked a little dated on mobile, but nothing that bothered me too much. I’d probably use it again.

The ticket prices were better than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I felt like it was a fair deal overall, though given everything, I’m still hoping they offer some kind of small compensation or credit as a goodwill gesture.

I used outhousetickets.com for a concert last weekend, everything they listed was right!!! The time, venue, parking details, and even the ticket instructions all matched exactly what happened when we got there!!!
I was a little nervous since I’d never used the site before, but it ended up being super easy and there were no issues at all!!! It’s always such a relief when the info online is actually accurate!!!

My payment did go through, so I guess I can’t complain too much, but the page took longer than I expected and I wasn’t sure if it had charged me twice. Everything turned out fine in the end, but it was a little stressful while I was waiting

Buying the tickets worked in the end, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. But this is where it got annoying: every time I moved to the next step, the page took a few seconds to load. It wasn’t a huge deal, just slower than I expected. Overall, it felt average for an online ticket checkout.

I bought my tickets on outhousetickets.com and just used them straight from my phone at the door. The email showed up quick, and the barcode loaded fine when we got there, which was a relief because I do not have the patience for ticket drama.
No printing, no random app to download, none of that annoying extra stuff. We got in fast with zero issues, and that is exactly how it should be

I used outhousetickets.com to grab tickets for a concert, my first impression was that the whole process felt straightforward. Checkout was easy, and the tickets showed up quickly, so no real complaints there. The only thing that made me pause was the service fees — they felt a little higher than I expected at first glance.
